Tyler Services is a product of Tyler Services LLC.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Prices are displayed on the website and at checkout
Taxes may be applied where required by law

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing
Access continues through the end of the current billing period
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse the Service
interfere with system integrity or security
attempt unauthorized access
use the Service for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Tyler Services LLC or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. User Data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

uninterrupted operation
accuracy of results
fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tyler Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
